Request for Reimbursement of Hacked Tokens
I've been discussing with EA support for the past half-an-hour and they instructed me to make a post on the forums in the hopes that I can receive back my stolen tokens.
What happened today was the following:
-I logged in on Steam and saw that I received multiple battlepass rewards.
-I don't understand why I received these, but I see that some of my daily's were already completed, I assumed this was an Apex server bug.
-I play a game and notice that I have a different clan tag, I play through it with the randoms (and we win) and then I check the clan tag to see what's happening.
-I find that I have apparently been winning games 4 hours ago, when I was asleep, and in a mode I can't understand (I can't read chinese)
-I now realize that I also lost my apex coins, in which I believed I had between 500-700 (I'm pretty sure it was 600) that I've saved from my previous pass and was going to use with the remainder coins of the season to buy the next battlepass.
-I also find that I'm now diamond ranked (I was platinum 3 I believe) which means the Chinese lettering was most likely "ranked".
-I now have 2 concerns, in the short amount of time the hacked accounts have won/placed top 3 in about 6 games, which if they got at least 6 kills would bring me up to diamond. My concern was whether they used an aimbot or other illegal measures. Secondly, I now am unable to purchase the next season battlepass without spending disposable income, which I do not have.
-I contact support and let them know the situation, they assure me not to worry and I'll be able to receive my tokens. After verifying my account to strenghten security, and changing password on both the origin and email, I'm informed they cannot fix the lost apex tokens even though they told me I could. Instead they have instructed me to kindly ask for them here.
Therefore, I ask from respawn the following. May I either:
1. Rollback my account before the hacker logged in
2. Receive 150 apexcoins so I can purchase the next battle pass.
Additionally, please check to see if I will be banned for any 3rd party cheats, even though the transcript from EAsupport says it won't happen, it is a concern of mine.
Attached are h1, h2 and the transcript. h1 and h2 are the wins I can see in the club room. "|-LostHope-|" is my origin account and "Imma mess you up" is my steam account.
I don't believe I'm asking the impossible here and I'm providing all the proof on my end.

Sorry to hear you've had this happen to you. That's a huge pain when you're just wanting to play some Apex, even before the missing coins.
In these cases what we're able to do is help re-secure the account and get you back into the game. I'm afraid we're not able to provide additional coins, and there's not a way to simply roll an account back as you're hoping, sadly.
I do see the advisor was able to help get 2FA added to the account as an extra security measure, which is great.
From there they advised a forum post not to have the coins granted, but to provide feedback on what's able to be done in these situations, apologies if that was unclear. I'll be sure to pass that along as I know it's a disappointment, but I'm glad to see you're at least able to get back into the game and account here.
