Revenant is still weak

@SERPENT_DESCEND It'd be cool if he got those buffs.
But he doesn't really need them. Revenant is pretty balanced rn.

    I agree, he is solid as stands and really doesn't need changes. His tactical ability is now incredible and his ultimate is balanced and effective. Buffing him even more i think would be overdoing it.
