Reverend wall climb needs rework

With the introduction of Horizon revenant wall climb is now completely useless it has always been a really bad ability but now it needs a complete overhaul if not replacing as in every considerable comparison Horizons tactical is far superior

    @Hilshire12 I mean, Pathfinder’s tactical was always better,

    The only advantage Revenant’s wall climb has is that it is active at all times, so there’s no cooldown.
