Reworked Perks
Although I like to perk system, I do feel that it could be improved. Personally, I always choose the same 2 perks every game, and I'm confident the vast majority of players do the same. I would suggest that each Legend has 1 default combined perk for each shield level. Blue = Passive perk. Purple = Tactical perk. Red = Ultimate perk. Here are my suggestions, using mainly the perks already in game, but adding some of my own ideas to make them more fun to play as.
Ash
Blue (Passive) - Using Passive tracks enemy position on map for 60 seconds.
Purple (Tactical) - Gain an Arc Snare charge & can catch multiple enemies.
Red (Ultimate) - Double the distance of Ultimate.
Ballistic
Blue (Passive) - Sling weapon auto reloads.
Purple (Tactical) - Gain extra Smart Bullet Charge and duration is tripled.
Red (Ultimate) - Increase duration of Ultimate on knock.
Bangalore
Blue (Passive) - Cannot be highlighted while inside smoke. (Bloodhound scan, crypto drone, threat scope etc).
Purple (Tactical) - Gain extra smoke charge.
Red (Ultimate) - Ultimate also releases smoke. Decrease cooldown by 60 seconds.
Fuse
Blue (Passive) - See nearby ordnance through walls and on Death Boxes. Hold an extra grenade per slot.
Purple (Tactical) - Short speed boost on successful Knuckle Cluster hit.
Red (Ultimate) - Double distance and duration of Motherlode. Take 50% less damage and no slow effects.
Mad Maggie
Blue (Passive) - Speed boost while holding pistol or SMG. Double highlighted enemies duration.
Purple (Tactical) - Extra Riot Drill Charge. Increase depth and width by 50%.
Red (Ultimate) - Wrecking Ball catches fire and explodes in thermite. Decreased cooldown.
Horizon
Blue (Passive) - See nearby ordnance through walls and on Death Boxes. Extra grenade per slot.
Purple (Tactical) - Gravity Lift height increased. Reduced cooldown.
Red (Ultimate) - Increased radius. Longer duration. More health.
Octane
Blue (Passive) - Health items give extra 20% health. Take 25% less explosive damage.
Purple (Tactical) - Take 25% less stim damage. Increased speed.
Red (Ultimate) - Launch Pads now have triple jump, and change direction.
Pathfinder
Blue (Passive) - Take 25% less damage while riding any zipline.
Purple (Tactical) - Grapple cooldown reset on knock.
Red (Ultimate) - 50% extra Zipline distance. Plus an extra 25% (50% total) less damage while riding energized ziplines.
Revenant
Blue (Passive) - Highlight all enemies within 150 meters after squad wipe, for 1.5 seconds.
Purple (Tactical) - Shadow Pounce cooldown reset on knock. Charge time reduced by 20%.
Red (Ultimate) - While in Ultimate, Shadow Pounce distance increased by 50%. Health increased by 25HP on knock.
Valkyrie
Blue (Passive) - Increase jetpack fuel by 25% and increased Jetpack speed and acceleration.
Purple (Tactical) - Widen Missle Swarm pattern from 4x3 to 3x5.
Red (Ultimate) - Launch 25% higher and faster. Take 25% less damage.
Wraith
Blue (Passive) - Auto ping enemies who trigger passive.
Purple (Tactical) - Phase through walls.
Red (Ultimate) - 50% extra duration. Speed boost while also using tactical.
Bloodhound
Blue (Passive) - White Ravens charge Ultimate by 25% when activated.
Purple (Tactical) - Double the duration of Tactical's full-body highlight.
Red (Ultimate) - Gain 25hp on knock while Ultimate is active.
Crypto
Blue (Passive) - Highlight enemies in your Neurolink FoV to your team mates.
Purple (Tactical) - Increase Neurolink by 25%. Reduce cooldown by 10 seconds. Extra drone health.
Red (Ultimate) - Emp range increased by 50%. Highlights all hit enemies.
Seer
Blue (Passive) - Increase Passive range by 75m. Faster movement using Passive.
Purple (Tactical) - Increase Tactical by 75m. Increase duration by 1.5 seconds.
Red (Ultimate) - increase throw range. Double duration. Heart has double health.
Vantage
Blue (Passive) - Ultimate Accelerants grant +2 bullets. Hold an extra Ultimate Accelerant per slot.
Purple (Tactical) - 50% extra distance. Improved double jump.
Red (Ultimate) - Refresh Tactical on hits with Ultimate. Max 10 bullets. Marked enemies are highlighted for team. Duration doubled.
Catalyst
Blue (Passive) - Use passive an extra time. Reinforced doors have double health.
Purple (Tactical) - Increase max number of Spikes by one. Increase throw distance by 40%.
Red (Ultimate) - Increase Ultimate duration by 10 seconds. Increase length by 25m.
Caustic
Blue (Passive) - Regenerate HP while enveloped in Nox gas.
Purple (Tactical) - Increase Tactical throw range by 75%. Increase duration.
Red (Ultimate) - Increase Ultimate area of effect by 50%. Increase throw range by 75%.
Rampart
Blue (Passive) - Carry extra ammo per stack.
Purple (Tactical) - Reload faster behind Amped Cover (everyone, not just Rampart).
Red (Ultimate) - Improved Mobile Sheila handling and spin up time by 20%. Reset ammo count on Ultimate knock.
Wattson
Blue (Passive) - Hold an extra Ultimate Accelerant. Use Ultimate Accelerants twice as fast.
Purple (Tactical) - Gain an extra node charge. Place an extra 4 nodes.
Red (Ultimate) - All nodes within the radius of the Pylon are indestructible. Double Pylons HP and Shield Regen.
Conduit
Blue (Passive) - Speed boost while playing solo, or both team mates are dead.
Purple (Tactical) - Increase Tactical range by 10m. Halve shield regen duration.
Red (Ultimate) - Spawn an extra Ultimate Jammer. Radius and damage increased by 10%.
Gibraltar
Blue (Passive) - Allies are revived with 50HP
Purple (Tactical) - Reduce cooldown by 25%. Increase lifetime by 4 seconds.
Red (Ultimate) - 50% larger radius. Duration lasts 4 seconds longer.
Lifeline
Blue (Passive) - Increase revive speed by 20%. Gain 20% extra health when using health syringes.
Purple (Tactical) - Reduce cooldown by 10 seconds. Health increases 20% faster.
Red (Ultimate) - All Lifeline Care Packages are now Supply Drops.
Note: No more self revive as that would be a passive ability, which I think would be OP as a Blue Perk. Also I think self revive would be a great passive for another new Legend.
Loba
Blue (Passive) - Increase Passive range by 25%. Loba can see what color armour enemy teams are wearing (in passive range).
Purple (Tactical) - Increase Tactical height and range. Reduce Tactical cooldown by 5 seconds.
Red (Ultimate) - Increase Ultimate range by 25%. Loba can take an extra item from Black Markets.
Mirage
Blue (Passive) - Decoys can revive knocked team mates.
Purple (Tactical) - Gain Decoy charge. Refresh 1 Tactical charge on successful bamboozle.
Red (Ultimate) - Ultimate has max 8 decoys. Decoys have 100HP. Reduce cooldown by 30 seconds.
Newcastle
Blue (Passive) - Allies are revived with 50HP.
Purple (Tactical) - Increase Mobile Shield speed to weapon sprint speed. Mobile Shield segments gain 250 HP.
Red (Ultimate) - +250 Castle Wall HP; extend energized barrier duration to 2 minutes. Castle Wall extends to a circle.
