Rocket Thruster Control (New Item) Golden Double Jump

So this would be an item in the game that would have its own slot similar to the shields & knockdown shield.

The purpose of this item would be to allow you to activate your thrusters after jumping from any high location on the map similar to the way the balloons work.

Would activate after mashing the jump button in the air. (Kinda like parachutes in Battlefield)

Each tier would increase your speed in the air.

White: 15%

Blue: 25%

Purple: 40%

Golden: 45%

The Golden version of this item would give you the double jump ability, tap the jump button to jump again in the air with your thrusters.

The reason the double jump is the golden ability is because it would be a bit manic if everyone was double jumping all over the place, keeps things from getting out of control.

Disclaimer: The item would be much rarer at all rarities than other items as it's more of a utility and not necessary, thus we are not all getting bogged down with this item in supply bins when we want other things.
