Seer is not OP

I know there’s soooooo much going around saying Seer is OP, but in reality, I think it’s just a lot of frustration and negative “honeymoon” energy from a new powerful character being thrown into the mix. However, I will agree with one thing, as I make my point on the rest.

Seers cool down DOES need to have a slight longer cool down, it is far too short as it stands.

The rest of his kit, truly isn’t that game breaking. Seers tactical has a delay, and a small radius width wise. If you see the text coming, you can move. Certain scenarios maybe not, and so be it, you got hit. 

The passive, sure it’s a heartbeat, but it can promote gunfights, you see enemies on it, let’s get some action. 

is he a frustrating character to go against, in some cases for sure, but as is any character, a caustic sometimes, a blood sometimes, truly anyone. 

let it play out, work with your squad. He’s a strong legend yes, but not an unbeatable one.
