That could explain why the bullets seem to miss more than hit their mark. If they did that buff and kept the recoil and tested the new bullet travel speed for Season 3 or something. Flatline could finally be a good weapon.
@Leo_the_Lion25 That and give the flatline selectfire for 2-round burst would be good.
