Hackers are big problem in this game, and if you cant fight them, at least make them fight each other! Also, game would be much more fun if most people are same level on skill in one game.
So, idea comes itself. Lot of telemetry to track player kills, and rank them. Kills, hit accuracy, mouse tracking accuracy, headshots, reaction time, focusing time, etc, etc. Separate them in groups, and tend to keep similar people together in game. "People" with non-human stats in hacker lobies, medium skilled ones in other, and noob ones with "dead horse" reflexes like me, in noob lobies!
There is actually no wrong in this system! Hackers will be good far away from regulars, good one will get bigger challenge, game will be fun for everybody.
Rank example: If some new profile do 10 kills carnage in 3 of 5 games, he automatically get kicked in "big league"
If somebody have 90$% hit accuracy, he gets promotion too.
If somebody like me still have 20 % accuracy over 100 hours, he get in noob league by express!
etc etc
