[Skirmisher] Contradiction between personality traits and skills

・As for the Skirmisher class, it should be fine as long as there are no complaints, since it aligns with the original class's lack of skills and its ability to expand the area of ​​combat.

・Regarding the currently popular Octane, the issue isn't his speed, but rather the mismatch between his abilities and the character's personality.  In my understanding, Octane is a character who will sacrifice everything for the sake of speed. He wouldn't do something half-hearted like just increasing the amount of healing. When using the Stimulant Surge, disregard its auto-regeneration effect and gradually increase its speed by inflicting damage. With its overwhelming speed, it will be satisfied even if it dies from a single bullet. This creates a strong synergy with characters that have healing abilities, and characters with damage-dealing abilities, especially those that deal health damage, become clear counter-characters.

・As everyone knows, Alter is also a problematic character. The first thing to understand is that, given her personality, Alter cannot be a support character. her skills include the ability to pass through matter, and his ultimate ability is the ability to pass through space. Based on the above, the passive skill "Gift of the Rift" is not her ability. This is because it is an item teleportation ability, and the ability to retrieve banners is a support ability. A character more suited to this would be Loba. Conversely, Loba's ability to see items through walls is a visualization ability that works through matter, so it is more appropriate for Alter to possess it.  Furthermore, let's allow Alter to use her tail to some extent for wall jumps and wall climbing. This will create two means of movement—using tactical skills and utilizing walls—and improve her combat capabilities.

Ultimate's personality is also incompatible with Alter's. I don't think she'll help her allies in her current state. Considering her abilities and personality, her appropriate ultimate ability would be the ability to move to any location within a specific range. However, being able to go anywhere would be too powerful, so it should be limited to locations visible from above. The optimal range will require further investigation, but to make it shorter than Wraith's, we might consider 50m as the initial value. This can be adjusted as needed. Alter's current ultimate ability is unnecessary because it could make it easier for cheaters to climb the ranks.

・Wraith will probably need the following skill (changed from previous description): Kunai Throwing skill. Stock 1, 30-second cooldown, selectable as a third weapon (similar to Ballistics), gunfire is disabled while selected (you hold kunai instead of a gun). Headshots at distances less than 1m deal 300 damage, and damage to other body parts is 20. At distances greater than 1m, there is no headshot damage, and all hits deal 20 damage. The reason this is needed is because it's fun anyway. It would also be fine to have it as a passive for its one-shot kill only at extremely close range of 1m.

・The only other thing I can think of that comes to mind regarding Skirmishers is Pathfinder's ultimate, right? Isn't it about time we could destroy our own ultimates?
