[Support Class] Contradiction between personality traits and skills

As I mentioned earlier when discussing Alter, there shouldn't be any major discrepancies between the characters and their personalities, except for Loba.

I don't understand why the shield recovery effect is added, so it should be removed.　Instead, as mentioned in the Assault class post, auto-reloading should be Loba's ability, so let's add auto-reloading to all weapons.

Let's fix the parts that make it unpleasant to use.  I will not include information about Gibraltar as my previous views have not changed.

It would be good to allow Loba to move freely while using her tactical ability. If the effect is too strong, this can be resolved by adjusting the time between using the tactical ability and being able to fire. The teleportation point should be adjustable using only the tactical ability button.

I'm not sure if it's systemically possible, but if we're going to add a new element to address the weakness of the ultimate ability, it might be interesting to add an offensive function such as dropping all grenades within the ultimate's range at a designated location.
