So if your game freezez during legend selection, you now get soft banned

Question

To be fair, it happens relatively&nbsp; frequently to me, but still ,why do i get punished for experiencing an issue, that has been known from, according to google, at least season 2? And more importantly, WHY DOES THIS ISSUE STILL EXIST?If this is caused by me having some components, that are under the minimum requirements, PLEASE TELL ME THAT I HAVE SUCH COMPONENTS every time i launch the game.And if you cant fix it (which, it looks like, you can't/can't be bothered to) at&nbsp; least don't soft ban people, who disconnect because of this issue (don't sof ban tose who disconnected during character selection).I understand that i've probably just wasted my time writing this, because it seems to be a relatively rare problem, but still, maybe something will happen.

For starters try this video, it seemed to help the most out of all of the advice I tried but didn’t completely solve the problem (atleast right away) it went from happening every other game to once every 3 or more days and now it dosnt happen at all or it wasn’t before the season 4 patch (idk yet) i was crash free for weeks

Very good point sir. I get this also, usualy when I am also streaming with OBS. Game freeze during the champ select and cant even task manager out of it. Have to sign out PC and stop my stream.

Another problem, its good they deranked everyone but the game is still broken.

Note: "freeze" referes to your game freezing during character selection.
1)Why do i get soft banned from unranked, a mode in which you don't get punished for abandoning the game?

2)Why do i get banned even from firing range and training, where i can't even interact with other players, unless they are my party members?

@DeepSpaceWanderr I am having this same problem! For whatever reason my ps4 crashes constantly while playing apex. I am now being punished because either there is a bug in the game or my old ps4 sometimes cant handle the load. I am about to delete this game even though it is my favorite because i cant handle the frustration of being banned for x amount of time when i blue screen!!!
