I bought Splash Zone Flatline skin but there was skin nerf therefore I would like to request a refund skin cost. This was 2200 blue shard. That's why I bought it because the iron sight is very good but this have got nerf.
I submitted a ticket to EA, but they said they can't help.

That might be because EA reserves the right to make changes to their products if they wish, it's the same with Legends, if you bought em and they got changed or even reworked you've just gotta deal with it like anyone else does, keep in mind everyone is having that changed applied to and not just you, i doubt you'll get anywhere with that, but good luck nontheless.

I think this is a deception, a misrepresentation.
For this reason, if I were to ask for the skin price of the ingame back, that would be fair.
@robbbancsI doubt you will get any help regarding your request to be frank.
I can give you a little example: Technically speaking EA could legit just discontinue their service of Apex Legends and switch it off, anyone who bought something, nomatter what at this day or prior to it, has no right for a refund, this is made clear in the ToS, ultimately this is Respawn Et. And EA's product thus giving them the right to do with it whatever they want.
But if you're really so passionate about it and want to try..i think the actual support will be your best and only option, creating a ticket, since this forum is more of a 'users help users' platform where you exchange with them.

But I have to agree with @NitoTanaka I do not think that this will be refunded or is refundable as this was a mistake that was fixed across the board for all players.
