The fact that the .PRO discord has dropped Apex Legends proves a lot. Respawn is too busy trying to add stuff that doesnt need to be in this game.Evo shields? why? whats the point of it. In the LTM was fine, but then to add it to the regular game was DUMB. The hackers just don't stop. They have been a problemsince Apex first launched and they still haven't figured out a way to battle it. The ranked system/point system is still not in a good place. Times running out Respawn. You're player ratedropped DRAMATICALLY with the launch of Warzone. It's only a matter of time being Apex is a fossil.

@itsNologyTTVEvo shields aren't a big deal imo. +25 HP isnt worth the risk you take getting killed early on due to using inferior armor, or the fact that gold armor and fortify are by themselves better than the rather mild upside you get with the 25 bonus hp, which is only 1-2 bullets in most cases.

Doubtful this game is ever a fossil. Internet hyperbole. I mean Overwatch is trashing it's own game and while their population keeps dropping, there are plenty of people who play it. Apex is still more popular than Overwatch, too.Apex is fine. Truth is, Evo shields were better just for the event because in Deja Loot, all the loot locations were the same. Agree it isn't as good in regular game mode, but seriously, it's fine. It's not some apocalyptic awfulness like you make it out to be, OP.The Evo shield should just simply be more rare and better. Don't have it lose a shield box, that's unnecessary. If you have the same shield boxes as your standard white and blue versions, it just means the EVO shield is more valuable, let rng and chance to drop handle the rest. People will ditch white armor for White EVO but not necessarily a straight blue, for example. Other than that, there's a lot of screaming and crying about Apex. Probably it's just more useful to talk about what's wrong with it and maybe it will be improved. The game is free, if you want it to be. Epic will adjust based on that, they want people to play and they want their game to be better so people will keep checking out the store and battle pass. They know to keep their game popular they have to do that.

Personal tastes aside, I think people forget how much the game has improved since launch.The addition of 4 more characters, the skins in the store or in the battle pass that aren't complete trash anymore (and let's remember, no battle pass to start), a new map which plays differently than the first (and my personal opinion is better, but I get that people miss KC).I mean, I don't know, the game is still young compared to what's come out. I would think people stick with this until they see another map drop, more characters, and so on. I think the game is in a fine place right now, and I know not everyone is going to like everything, so I'm not saying anything against someone's own experience.Unlike the OP :D And EVO shields need +1 box each to bring them back to a normal level.

@itsNologyTTV I havn’t been online yet but adding evo shields was a good thing if and only if they removed other body shields from the loot pool, if other body shields are still there its a stupid decision but if evo shields are the only shield then its a game changer and will fix issues like players picking up a purple shield on drop... imo everyone should automatically drop with an equipped evo shield

Exactly my feels mate, evo sheild is okay for event but why for normal game? why * up a perfectly balanced gameplay while ignoring the unbalanced legends out there while continuously buffing up a few and not nerfing the OP ones. They even messed bad with the inventory system.

The armor to me is to allow diverse and more team tactics play style. While most on a team would hand a armor over from say lifeline as example due to her already enabled fast heal the yellow can be given to someone without fast heal. While lifeline will build a evo shield to use as a semi gold armor with her fast heal. I think they are utter crap. They are just as easy to down someone as a gold armor literally. But those with fast heal are the ones who benefit most from this armor any others are just playing with fire using it.

@E9ine_AC Think about Gibraltar having a 50hp sheild plus the final armor of evo sheild, it's already tough to shred gibby with r99 if he has purple or gold in 1vs1 and with this evo armour stage 5 he'll be unstoppable.

@Dokuganryu699 Thats the same amount as pre nerf Gibby... which he had back when he was the meme from being bad and useless, yet everyone complains about the shield which is the only constant he ever had.

@BigBlackCaustic I ain't complaining about his hand sheild, I was a gibby main for the entire season 2 and I literally rage quit using him when they nerfed his ultimate in season 3 because I loved the old gibby ultimate very much, long regen time but OP. I also like his hand sheild and my concern is the final evo sheild, i'm not really sure how much it differs from the gold/purple sheild but i guess it'll be around 50 more hp so that'll be 25 more hp than gibby used to have before the hand sheild nerf. Also gibby is easy if he's not facing you, he's like too easy but once you're 1vs1 with him he'll definitely have advantage over you if he has a red evo sheild equipped.

@Dokuganryu699 He's a Caustic Main, he is benefiting from the reduction damage as well as enjoying the chance of getting red shields. These the only players who think its not a problem because it helps them tremendously.

@itsNologyTTV I see it now, yeah the 2 big phat guys will surely benefit from the extra hp to cope up their phat arse. But yeah I do agree with you that evo sheilds are another crap add to the game. It was a cool event item but not in normal and ranked modes.
