@77pokerexactly the same things were said about Worlds Edge at its launch. Literally the same things. People just are not use to it and have not learned the map yet.
I never thought that about worlds edge. Kings canyon is still my favorite map.
But this new one is hot garbage. This map was specifically designed to change the gameplay style of the game. The gameplay style is what we liked about this game.
It really forces you into the least rewarding playstyle this game has to offer which is sniping. The TTK is too high and the healing items too available to make sniping rewarding, Sniping rarely results in a squad wipe and more often in not just attracts 3rd party engagements. The one exception would be if you get lucky with a care package and get a kraber.
