The R301 is really as overpowered as I previously thought

It's incredibly comical, I play a few games, they go okay, and then when I pick up and use an R301, i simply never lose a single gunfight anymore. The only thing that stops me is a fresh third party ...

@KrakaDrak 301 is still LESS powerful than the CAR.

However, I see what people mean by akimbo mozam overpowered. It deals 45 per shot, rapid fire, with 12 mag. Wingman does 45 per shot, slower fire rate, and cannot be akimboed leaving it at 6 mag.
Since they deal the same damage per shot, they should both be akimbo able.
Wingman akimbo would have innaccuracy like P20 or worse, making it terrible at long range, but still roughly the same power as mozam in close range.
Although a better balancing would be nuke akimbo mozam's damage while in akimbo mode, or slow its fire rate to that of single mozam, because it does have a faster firerate after all.
Better yet, set its max fire rate to that of the wingman, then they can't machinegun with it anymore. That's why it's OP right now.

    Fair, I mean I see double mozam with the hopup being strong, but it doesn't have impressive range

    maybe a slight nerf in its fire rate is needed, but from my experience the R301 has become completely busted with the magazine buff, and not in the right way

    an AR should not be better at sniping than a marksmen or sniper, and yet it can because it has no recoil

    A shotgun like the mozam being extremely strong at closer ranges I can live a bit better with

      @KrakaDrak It needs anvil receiver. Its damage is so low that even if you make 5 hits, you didn't do any damage because they healed every bit of it. A couple hits with the G7 deals plenty more damage that they still might be slightly wounded after healing.
      I joined, played for 2 weeks, then anvil got removed from the game. That was a very fun couple weeks. I wish they'd bring it back.
      I forget what the damage boost was for single fire mode, but it used double ammo in single fire mode and slowed the single fire firerate almost to G7 like rate. At that time all its mags were even numbered because it could use anvil, or at least I think they were. And I forget what it did when you fired anvil with one bullet in the mag. I personally think it would do basic non-boosted damage since it doesn't have a second bullet to consume. I wish they'd bring it back.

    r301 less powerful than car in terms of what? overall or close range?
