I agree that the emp needs some work.
-I think it should destroy Gibby’s shield dome, since it already destroys any other electronic tactical equipment already, his dome should also be included.
-The drone already highlights players it can see so I don’t think the emp should highlight them any more than what the drone already provides.
- I also think the stun effect should last about 0.5-1 second longer than it already does.
-Crypto should be immune to his own EMP (possibly even to other Crypto’s EMP’s as well) similar time Caustic with his gas.
-Drone should be quieter, and not so easy to spot, plus increase the scan radius to about 50 meters. It’s already a one hit to destroy with a long cool down, it shouldn’t be so easy to detect as well.
-As for the grounding of shields, it is very frustrating. I’ve heard some suggest damaging all shields, including grounded shields, within the EMP radius, but I don’t think it should damage grounded shields; however, I do think that there should be a 5 second delay before any grounded shield in the area of the EMP can be picked up. That would definitely stop people from dropping their shields, if they know they likely won’t be able to pick them up before the enemy pushes in on them.
Whatever changes that might be made, I do think Crypto needs a bit of a buff to make him a more reliable contributer.
