Its underpowered but at the same time steady firing and low fire rate unlike the devotion is of anything it should have a dps buff for the lack of fire rate to say win against a squad of nothing but r-99s that everyone is mostly top players are running 2 of them.

It takes 6.06 seconds to empty a clip of 55 bullets.
If all of these hits are bodyshots, that is 1045 damage.
This means you have a 174.16 damage per second.
If all of those hits were headshots, it would be 2090 damage.
This would mean that it would have 348.33 damage per second.
Naturally one would not hit 55 headshots in a row unless he was cheating. But say 50% are headshots if you get lucky.
That would amount to 1567.5 damage which yields 261,25 damage per second.
This is, if my math checks out, plenty of DPS.
Sure, it's slower than a real life M249, but a lot more accurate.
