In my opinion,
- Peacekeeper :
need slower fire rate for the power it packs in single shot. Esspecially with current bug where you're able to cancel-animation of cooldown after shot and you can actually rapid-fire it (Shroud was learning how to do it ~4 hours ago on his stream).
Possibly should also use Energy ammo as it apperas to be loading energy shells and not shotgun shells.

Was always medicore weapon to the body and great headshot popper, and so should be in Apex. For that purpose it has a Skullpiercer Choke, so base dmg should be lowered to 35 per shot while Choke dmg shall stay the same as now. On top of that it should have longer reload time as it had in Titanfall entries.

- Mozambique :
The ammo cap should be increased to 6 like it was in Titanfall entries, and it could use Skullpiercer Choke attachemnt to distinct it from other Shotty's.

The simple fact is you can laser an opponent with equal armor with an r301 /w extended mag and not down them, which in itself is fine, but when you get dropped very low or downed because they use the Wingman and clicked 3-4 times it becomes nonsense. At times this game becomes a reload simulator because of the low damage and ammo capacity, it's about who tracks better, uses cover &/or who gets into cover to pop a cell/health and continues the fight, that is skill, timing and aiming. However, put a Wingman in the mix and you require almost none of that
The amount of times I pick up the Wingman and get 3-4 or more kills I drop it because it's pathetically easy and shouldn't be in the game.

@Villent_58 you're completely misunderstanding why Wingman and Peacekeeper are overpowered. Peacekeeper does too much damage, the fire rate isn't the main issue, it's the damage it does and the spread that anyone can land with no aiming required from hip. 110 body 165 head, that's stupidly broken, it should be 30% less at the very least. Add a choke on the Peacekeeper and it's a mid range weapon contesting with automatics and rifles except you have the benefit of going in and out of cover every shot with the peacekeeper how is someone with an assault rifle/smg meant to compete with that?
Wingman is just spam, it's not aiming, no one is aiming with that gun, they're spam firing and praying some of their shots land, it's ammo capacity, fire rate and damage is too high for skullpiercer and firing from the hip with it.
The people defending these guns are clueless, absolute morons. I'm glad they're not balancing the game.

@BoaFang7Peacekeeper - exacly, it's supposed to be a gun that packs a punch if you land it. The tradeoff should be fire rate and reload so if you miss your shot (even from hip) you're punished for it. Currently it doesn't matter since you can spam shot it. Also charged shot range should be nerfed alot - it's stupid people are sniping with a shotgun ._ .
Nerfing not always have to be about dmg, let the gun have it's niche but it practical use have to be somehow nerfed.
Wingman - It is a cannon pistol that was always about going for the head - problem with it rn is that it hits 45 in body which is dumb. It should hit as hard as other Heavy Armor weapons, 18 to the body meanwhile Skullspliter should ofc. make it a headshot popper.
All weapons are distingtive and shall remain as such.- 7 years agoNot really against the idea of the wingman keeping its damage on headshots. It kind of makes sense to remain that way, but I do agree that the ammo and fire rate is part of the bigger problems with the wingman.
I'd prefer the damage to stay somewhere around 30 for body shots, but if it fires at the same speed as the peacekeeper or possibly just a tad faster, it would get most of the balance that it needs. I still would like to see its mag attachment get removed, because just doing this would drastically change it's capability.
As for the peacekeeper, I still hold the idea that changing ammo to energy, and changing its spawn rate to match other energy weapons is enough. Don't have to really change the way it works, just change some of its mechanics.

Both guns need nerfed period and buffs to other guns so obvious I don’t know how they are so weak at launch anyways.
