I had the same problem, but after switching to clean browser with no adblock or extensions, my case was submitted successfully and I got access to live chat.

I haven't played this game for a long time and found out that my account has been banned. I went to EAHelp to write emails to appeal and sent many emails, but there were no cases in my case. It kept me starting new cases
