There needs to be a way to cancel Finisher animations
Too many times, ive tried to close a door with a downed enemy near by, and instead of closing the door, I get locked into the animation resulting in my death

At the moment the finisher key/button is tied into the interact button, there's no way to change one without the other.
On console the similar issue I've run into is with revives and finishers. Downed enemy is near downed teammate, attempt to revive teammate and finisher is triggered. Then you get melted and gg... sucks
- @RecklessKaos you need to pay attention to the prompt.
If it doesn’t say “hold **action button** to revive” then you’re gonna performed an execute.
It’s just like the OP and his door issue.
It’s tap **action button** to open a door. Hold to execute.

- @RecklessKaos yes, again - as stated above - you need to pay attention to the prompt on the screen. It’s contextual.
