This looks like an EA account issue rather than a Steam problem, and it’s not related to those router IP sites. When you launch Apex through Steam, it still signs you in through your EA account. If it keeps asking you to change your password and then shows the same screen again, it usually means the password change didn’t sync properly or there’s a linking/session issue between Steam and EA. I’d suggest going directly to the official EA website in your browser and changing your password there. After that, log out of your account on all devices from the security settings. Then fully close Steam, restart your PC, and launch Apex again. If it still keeps looping, check your EA account settings and make sure your Steam account is properly linked. Sometimes unlinking and linking it again fixes the issue. If none of that works, it’s probably an account-side bug and you’ll need to contact EA Support.
