Bring back Wattson heirloom Retro packs

I know users can't ask to put something they want in the in-game item shop. However, when the Wattson Heirloom Retro event came out, I wasn't able to purchase it, and I imagine other users weren't too. If this post violates any rules, I will delete it. I just considered this the only way to make my wish be seen by the developers.
