I got bored and decided to play with Seer in the Firing Range to better understand his kit.
Firstly, the slowing effect of his tactical needs to be removed.
Secondly, his perks are too OP.
TIER 1
Lasting Beats briefly show enemies after they leave Ult. I disagree with this perk.
*Once a player has left, they shouldn't be penalized. He already has "heart seeker" as his passive. Maybe there should be a perk with a wider radius for his Ult instead.
*Home Base recharges his tactical every 4s, instead of every 14s, while in Ult. I totally disagree with this perk.
*Maybe every 10s, bc this is nuts! He already has "heart seeker" as his passive. Seer and his team shouldn't have that much constant info, especially while slowing players and disabling their abilities.
TIER 2
Energizing Focus regenerates shields when hitting your tactical. This perk is ok.
*This perk should probably be Tier 1.
*Split Focus allows +1 tactical charge. I disagree with this perk.
*This perk would be ok, for Tier 2, if the Home Base perk was nonexistent.
The Home Base perk combined with the Split Focus perk is crossing an unplayable red line. If Seer was currently my main legend I'm choosing these two perks to maximize his kit. I think these perks need to be reworked.
I like Seer as a legend, but his kit isn't in a good place for the overall health of the game, especially high tier gameplay. Currently, he's a must have for coordinated 3 stacks and now I know why. 🤷♂️
I predict that Seer will be the first Legend banned during EWC.
Combining Home Base with Energizing Focus is a lethal combo too. This makes Seer invincible and extremely hard to eliminate.
