Two much-needed QoL changes for Valkyrie

Valkyrie is an excellent addition to the roster, however two quality of life features need to be added for her:

- Firstly, in lots of places, activating your ultimate isn't an option, so it becomes tempting to press it twice. If you do that, you run the risk of activating it then cancelling it. I recommend either adding an internal cooldown or removing the ability to cancel her ultimate by pressing the same key again. Rather, if you wanted to cancel it, you would need to press ESC on a keyboard or B/O on Xbox/PS respectively.

- Secondly, wall-bouncing and bunny-hopping is incredibly difficult with her because to activate her jetpack passive, you need to press jump. And if you press jump too early or too late, you start using the passive when you didn't mean to. Not only does this make wall-jumping and bunny-hopping harder, but it resets the cooldown on your gas refilling, and it puts you in the "finger gun" animation that she has. All are incredibly inconvenient. We need to be able to keybind her passive to a different key.

Danielzklein stated on the most recent Reddit AMA (https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/nfpbzb/official_apex_legends_legacy_update_ama_with_the/gyn4ps2/?context=3) that they didn't want to add this feature because if something is "uncomfortable but optimal, then it is necessary". He essentially said that if it's considered optimal to change her passive to a new bind, then people will do it because it's optimal, even if it's uncomfortable. And to that, I respond: Why is there hold-to-crouch? I promise you that just about everyone finds hold-to-crouch uncomfortable but they use it anyway because it's optimal. That's fine. Nobody's saying that it shouldn't be an option because it's not comfortable. We don't want comfort, we want results. You shouldn't be the ones to make that decision for us.

The only valid argument I see against adding a new bind for Valkyrie's jetpack passive is that there aren't enough binds on a controller. And to that I say... make it a keyboard-only thing if you have to.
