i dont think rampart should be able to carry around her turret either. part of the way it was initially balanced was you had to place it beforehand and couldnt move around with it. do you ever see anyone placing it in turret mode anymore? do newer players even know it has a turret mode? i dont think vantages rifle has the same issue. its strong, but not "i have my ultimate, so i win this fight" strong, its more "i have my ultimate, so if im smart, a little lucky, and play my cards right, i win this fight" strong.
