I noticed this season im getting better teammates but also playing agasint the best of the best. Is the new ranked system making the so called 10k hardstuck masters quit ranked and 3 stack in casuals now ? I didnt get a single win yet this season so i am really curious.
It is very possible that a lot of Master rank players moved to TRIOS if they dont have friends to play with.
This new ranking system can be very frustrating for solo players no matter how good in game they are.
Early game kills have 0 value to RP so you will never rank up from just kills like you could before,
now you need to carry your team to atleast TOP5 too which is sometimes impossible.
TRIOS ? You just go and straight fight, its 100% fun no matter if you solo or not.
I was almost Diamond3 in S12 as solo, now I struggle to get from silver1/gold4 because I just wanna fight (and my random team moslty wants too) and we may get a few kills, but the chances we will last long enough to rank up while taking every fight possible are just too slim/
