Why can't Loba And Alter pickup teammates banners?

For Alter, it seems like you are asking to allow her passive to recover banners?
Are you saying the same thing for Loba's Black Market?
As for Black Market, that could be universal. If a teammate died, anyone can use a BM slot to retrieve all allied banner cards in range. I like that idea.
As for Alter's Passive, it would probably consume the ranged retrieve to grab the banner, preventing you from grabbing items. In my opinion, fair trade, I'd rather grab their banner than items anyway. I'm a rat.

Likewise, I wish Crypto could craft banners without needing a support on the team to do so. I normally play support to guarantee banner crafting, but if I'm playing with someone who plays support then I'll usually play Crypto so I can do my 9 respawns in one life trick.
Yes, I've made a ton of respawns in one life before.
I do that often actually.
In quads, my team was eliminated at least 3 times and I brought everyone back. 9 respawns that game.
In one trios match, I lost my team and brought the two of them back, the next time they wiped wraith quit us, and I brought back fuse 6 more times, making 8 respawns that game. Poor guy kept getting spawn killed. Ended as final 2 squads, I tried to reach one last beacon but didn't have the range, and got shot in the process. Almost had 9 respawns that game. That was on Olympus map. I was at the towers area and used ALL the respawn beacons on him and some MRBs. The final squad was at the two teleporter tunnel things, final beacon by that hollow tower by the mountain pass. I tried to stealthily get to the stairwell so my drone would have the range, I was noticed and it ended badly.

@Zulkiers Yes I would like Alter to be able to pickup banners, and making Alter have to choose between a freebie piece of poot or keeping the team together seems like a fair enough and equal decision to have to make. (In Ranked however that would be The team every time) 

• And Loba's BM being a universal thing might be a little much considering that only the Support class can do it to begin with and I doubt Respawn might make that change. But her alone being able to grab them would be sufficient enough for what I'm asking.

9 respawns in one game is impressive no doubt!!!! Classic SBMM though. But I'm glad you agreed, it also doesn't seem that bad for Crypto to be able to use Crafters on his drone as well. After all his drone's name is Hack so it makes sense.
