I understand the new map being mostly medium - long range but why buff aim assist so hard?For those of you who don't know, PC players explaining that controller players had aim assist and tracking, it wasn't fully true until this season. I don't need to even bother trying to turn my aim reticule to down someone anymore. Aiming in and walking left and right allows my character model to curve at a 25-45 degree angle while ADS.I do not know if controller aim assist got a buff this season on PC but it definitely did on PS4. Please stop removing the skill gap....It takes 0 effort to kill someone on console now, all you have to do now is control recoil, the game autolocks on. I will happily make a video if it is needed.

Yeah, I'll be taking a break until this is resolved. This is why games like Apex don't need crossplay. Simple.I prefer taking 10 seconds longer to find a match than having to deal with semi-aimbots.

Gotta be honest after watching that video in the other post there are a lot of players this past week that I thought were aimbotting but it is this.

@MoNosDirtyGamingOK I wanna add something to this debate. I didn't record the fight itself but I did record the Death Recap. I A-D-Strafed and crouchspammed as much as I can and yet I get headshots only? Either this was a cheater on a console OR it's the most ridiculous case of Aim Assist ever.Edit: I mean I am pretty sure that it is a cheater (at the end of the video I report this player anyway) cause I am 99,99% sure that Aim Assist is not THAT ridiculously strong. But you know: there is always a chance for the unthinkable to happen.

Why did console aim assist get a huge buff for this season?

@E9ine_AC Can you confirm if controller has been buffed on PC? If you have a friend who always uses a controller and would definitely notice the difference and not be fully biased about it; it would help this post out a lot.

I'm on Xbox and PS4 players are starting to be really annoying yeah. I don't know if they have a higher aim assist or if they all use those * strike pack but there is definitively something wrong with them.
Fighting them is far to be the same than fighting Xbox players the previous seasons, and I'm far to have the same assist and tracking (and I don't want too)

But I don't say Xbox players are perfect either, I have seen some * too, but far less.

@MoNosDirtyGaming they def say its easy. Im more pissed that im forced to play against aim assist in ranked. You know lets give the person 40 or 40+% of aim assist in ranked totally fair match up. Sure we got moves but they lock on and stay on. This is bs.

As someone who played both on PS4 and PC with controller i must say the aim assist on PC was much better then on PS4. Maybe that's why they changed it, to bring it even and later support M&K on PS4, not sure.
