Why no Auto-Sprint as in TF2? (Ps4) Please respond EA!

Been asking for auto-sprint/sprint by default since release of Apex. I tried Titanfall 2 today for the first time and you have the option to turn on auto-sprint. It’s SUCH a relief for my hand! So why, WHY is it not in Apex?? It’s the same game! Same movement, same controls everything. 

I have issues with my left hand and honestly I can’t play Apex much anymore only because of a silly option that you just forgot to implement? Didn’t feel like it? What’s the reason?

It’s too painful for me to have to press down on the analog stick all the time. 

Please make it it an option now!

    I agree 100%

    I'm not sure why more games don't add a sprint by default option in games and allow me to just use the same hotkey for walking. 99% of the time i'm going to be sprinting so why make me keep mashing the sprint button?

    Problem is that these games are made by PC users for PC users and they don't really understand the struggle of having to mash buttons like L3,R3 a million times per match so they don't think it's necessary to help make our lives a lot easier by giving us auto sprint options, perks of being console players I suppose...

    Legacy Players (Control Stick Settings) Need this option ASAP!!! The sprinting fluidity sucks if you’re not using Default settings

    hello,
    since i know alot of players and frnds that have issues with sprinting due to the analogs not working properly when clicking down ,,
    Can you guys plz include a sprint be def option where u just move the analog forward to start sprinting instead of clicking down and pushing all the way forward ...cuz that might be also tiring in long gaming sessions ,,i saw a few other topics being posted to address the same issue ,if it'll be included in the next patch we'll be very grateful

    Really hope to see this at the start of season 2. Can’t play much at all anymore before I get pain in my hand. Sucks.

    We're not aware of any implementation for this right now, but do you all think this could actually hurt you in situations where you are trying to sneak away to heal back up? 

    Sneaking up on other players inside of a building has it's advantages. 🙂

    @EA_Blueberry Really sad to see this comment. This is a HUGE issue for some of us!
    To answer your “question” - No it wouldn’t hurt us one bit! You see controller players have this thing called an ANALOG STICK for movement. When we want to be sneaky we just don’t push it all the way forward. Honestly I seriously can’t understand how game developers think. Does anyone over at EA use a controller??
