Bloodhound is fun to use and adding this ability makes the match more interesting.
I don't see how the idea for loba could be abused, it takes at least a second to even be able to toggle the animation/activate it, then you're stuck in another animation for a further 1 second, then in the third second you're trying to re-draw your gun. ALL while being shot at by an enemy. It won't be abused like you think it would. Also she doesn't have to be an overshield expert, i'm sure if her bracelet gave her the ability to teleport over a distance it could also give her a tiny bubble shield for a pitiful 3 seconds.
Crypto's suggestion is weird? Hes a drone expert, being able to get on his drown for a few seconds would be a game changer for him and increase his pickrate instantly.
Every single suggestion above was given around the idea of legends having a passive way to escape. I also believe you're missing the bigger picture, we already have Lifeline being able to use blue supply bins for extra loot, if they buff it then cool, but giving other legends the same abilities is not a buff, it is a nerf as a whole to the game.
You also need to get rid of the "They're fine how they are" mentality. For a game to evolve it needs ideas. YES they may be fine now but in the future they would need buffing as more legends are released. Having a whole range of ideas would help immensely.

@MoNosDirtyGaming Not every legend is supposed to be escape expert, Escaping is just a tiny part of the game, There are others important parts.
- 6 years ago@SERPENT_DESCEND The entire point of this post was to explain that the highest pick rate of legends was most likely due to them being able to ESCAPE. There's clear connotations here which you fail to somehow grasp. Backing off and healing and getting back to the fight is a very important part of the entire game, it's not just a "Tiny part".

For others, they don’t have escape abilities. Like Gibby, whose tanking abilities are high enough that people pick him for that.
Or Wattson, (although it’s only in high tier). She has very little to help her escape a dangerous situation, yet pros pick her a lot.
For low tier/casual play, you’re mostly right, since people like playing fun, speedy legends.- 6 years ago@Sir_Named Gibbys tanky so there's no need for him to escape, plus he has his shield/bubble.
Wattson's got her pylons so she doesn't need to escape either.
Both of these circumvent the need to back off and heal.
