What is the point for already the worst characters defense if you can just run through it? There is no point of setting up defenses if wraith can walk through any amount of fences unscathed and portal her whole team in unannounced. ___: Wattson plant fences! ___: Nah there's a Wraith on there team, there's no point in wasting time. We'd be dead before we can get the defense up. 💁🏽♂️Just get rid of her if you are gonna degrade her character. I've been seeing less people use her since you nerfed her for no reason.

1) Did you watch the Preseason Invitational just the other day? There were pretty much one Watson in EVERY squad. So to say Watson is the "already worst character defence" (I assume that you think Watson is under-powered) is just wrong. She might be a bad Legend in low ELOs or in casual random games where the meta is to just run around and frag but its quite the opposite at high ELO.2) Watson, together with Pathfinder and Mirage, is one of the few Legends whos Q ability is totally beneficial for herself and the team, and totally un-beneficial for the enemies. Lifelifes drone heals enemies, Bangalores smoke clouds everyones vision, Bloodhounds scan reveals his own exact position, Caustics gas blinds and slows his teammates, Gibraltars dome blocks friendly fire as well, wraith cant see * whats going on outside while in the void and Ocates Q costs health and makes alot of sound.3) It makes no sense why Wraith SHOULD be affected by the fence while in the void. Its her unique ability; to be totally unaffected by things outside the void for a brief period of time.You think its NOT OK for Wraith Q to counter Watsons Q but its totally fine for Watsons ULT to counter both Gibraltars and Bangalores ULT? And why dont you complain about Bloodhounds Ult countering Bangalores Q etc etc etc?

There can only be one wraith per team so just kill her if she breaks through, simple.

@CloakSH he is referring to the first skill of wraith i think, but thats the intention of a wraith. if you dont play with headset, try that. you will hear wraith coming, so its not unannounced, and you can aim on that portal where they spawn, or put fences in it/near it

@SilentChillBruh She's travelling through another dimension so yes shes allowed to bypass watson fences, her phaseing doesnt allow her to use her weapon for 0.50 seconds

Wattson is amazing in the right hands and if you main her like you say, than you should know she is best when already having a set up made for an area rather than attempting to do so when being chased, unless you are good are managing speed and placement that is. I love her and main her in rank because she can assure a win more often than other legends. She can cut off areas for enemies and if a wraith does manage to make a portal across for her teammates, you are bound to hear that and if you can't, that means you are far enough not to worry about it. Attempting to place fences while on the move is a dangerous game but can be done given you know where to place them already and how to cross them so that they stall the enemy without spending to much time. Wraith being able to phase through it is justifiable and fair. She can phase out of any damage, explosive, gunfire, and even circle dmg. This is pretty much like complaining that she can avoid Caustics gas traps if she phases through it. No real argument here besides wanting a buff for your favorite legend.

WHy do you say that man? It's absolutely normal. There are 9 legends, some legends counter others and opposite way. Wraith is probably Wattson's nemesis for the fences. If you dont like that maybe we should also change the Q ability of gibraltar that blocks bangalore's ulti?

I appreciate everyone's feedback, this has been a good discussion/debate, I hope EA continues to make adjustments as each legend comes out and new modes come out 🤝🏾

Nah, that’s Wraith’s whole thing. Why don’t you just shoot them when they come out of the portal?

some might say it’d be unfair to be able to camp a room and nobody get in without being hurt and slowed... Just a case of rock, paper, scissors.

I experienced this first-hand just last week. Was in a two-man squad as Caustic with Wattson, team-mate got fences up in a room, I threw a few traps willy-nilly and waited.. Suddenly, but in slow motion (Compared to Apex Legends' game pace) I see Wraiths trail drifting right in front of me... She pops out in a safe spot (Where I had no trap) and her two team mates are right behind her.
Needless to say we got wiped out, but we put up a valiant effort. I was surprised though. It was a really cool move.
Knowledge is power... Since then I have been waiting for opportunity to use her and try out this.
