동시접속으로 인한 apex 밴
지금 사례를 15번정도 넣었는데 계속 같은 답변만 받습니다 계정에 문제가 없다는 답변만 받고
자기들 마음대로 케이스를 종결 시켜버립니다 플레이어 대기중이 뜨더라도 사례를 재개해도 연락도 없고
종결 처리 해버리고 라이브챗에선 계속 같은 이야기만 합니다.
도대체 어떻게 해야지 풀리는지도 모르겟고요 연락준다고 10일이 지나도 연락도 없고 다시 상담해보면
종결 처리 했다고 합니다.
케이스를 계속 등록해도 플레이어 대기중 + 사례 재개해도 종결처리 어떻게 해야 할까요
