They could warn people and suspend them a few time before banning them, but they have to be systematic.
Anyway, people agreed to at least two sets of Terms of Service and User Agreements only to play Apex Legends. Those contracts clearly stipulate that termination of one's account can be a consequence of violating the Codes of Conduct. People are already warned when they agreed to those contract. That is life.
Disappointing another update and no mention of crossplay and progression.
