Make Wildcard permanent and create a ranked version

ShootyMcStabins​ Wildcard is meant to be a fun game mode and I think the addition of ranked would ruin it.

it would be even more fun if it were ranked.

I thought Wildcard was permanent....

I've been playing Wildcard more and it's a great addition to the game. It's fun to play, less stressful, and I get to pad my stats. The constant Cage drops threw me off at first, but I actually don't mind it anymore. Hot dropping is fun in Wildcard. 

As far as a ranked mode, I don't know. Whatever works.
