Community ManagerI understand that you guys are trying to weed out cheaters and I applaud you for that, but there are innocent accounts being banned for no reason. My friend and I play your game a lot and he just recently got his account banned for absolutely no reason. He doesn’t have any hacks whatsoever and he already sent in a ticket for review, but honestly it really makes people not want to play your game when they get banned just for performing well. You need to fix this, otherwise you will lose quite a few players. Me and my friend included.

This was the message he received. He doesn’t cheat, he literally plays with just me. It’s * that people who are just good at the game are getting banned. @Bowi_QC

@MikeHawkYo I wouldn’t be surprises that EA sent a pre-written reply to your friend.
EA seems to deal with abusive language and cheating together, meaning they probably send those type of emails to people who used abusive language or who bullied a player in some way…
Do you think your friend might have been a little bit bully toward another player? This could be why he got banned.
Is it temporary or permanent?
You should double check to see whether it is temporary or permanent... You could ask them which line from the Rules of Conduct he allegedly broke. (See rules here: https://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/#section6)
@Bowi_QC @It’s a permanent ban, and they gave no evidence nor any reasoning beyond saying “you were cheating” and provided no evidence. It’s actual bull crap. I get that it’s their game and they can ban whoever they want, but it’s a bad look when you just start permabanning people based solely on the fact that someone reported them.
