A quick suggestion.
Make it easier to add people that were recently on your squad, no idea how but you guys will find a way. Love the game, it's cool.

Suggested already a ton so it's probably gonna be implemented ASAP. For now you can open Origin overlay with Shift+F1 and add people there by their name. Hope this helps 🙂
