A way to contact Respawn directly?
I need to get in contact with someone from Respawn directly regarding my situation in Apex Legends.
As you may or may not know, there has been this horrible bug in Apex Legends (infinite loading screen loop) that prevented players from logging in. I was affected by this for a whole month, until it got suddenly fixed for me. I couldn’t log into my account from February 2nd to March 1st. During this time I missed a lot of in-game content including the Anniversary event, and I haven't received any of the promised compensation.
I spoke about this issue with EA support NUMEROUS times. Each and everytime the EA advisor gave me different and contradicting information - suggesting that there has been a poor communication between EA and Respawn regarding this bug.
Communication with EA support even got into a shady situation where my EA case created on February 6th (as documented on my email) got deleted. That case basically contained proof that I have been truly affected by this bug and that I am not making this up just to receive some stuff for free. I asked EA support about the disappearance of my case and I got told that cases can’t be deleted and that my case never existed.
March 25th - Respawn stated that they fixed about 70 % of the affected accounts and that players will be getting compensations.

It has been over two weeks since that last update. I understand that the priority is to fix the bug first and THEN give out compensations. The thing is that I see players already receiving their compensations, so it seems that the bug is already fixed.
I again, contacted EA support about this and got told that EA is not up to date on this issue.
That is why I wish to contact someone from Respawn directly, because talking to EA support about this leads to nowhere.
I have a huge respect and appreciation for the developers and their hard work and I have shown nothing but patience and understanding over these two months, but I am constantly getting pushed around and ignored.
