Account ban

So my account has been mistakenly banned for about a month now. I submitted a dispute immediately and have yet to receive any response from EA. I’m at the point where I want to just unlink my Xbox account and start fresh, but I can’t even due that because it currently has an active ban. Has anyone else had this problem ? I’ve even gone into live chat and the agent seemed to have no solutions.
