So my account has been mistakenly banned for about a month now. I submitted a dispute immediately and have yet to receive any response from EA. I’m at the point where I want to just unlink my Xbox account and start fresh, but I can’t even due that because it currently has an active ban. Has anyone else had this problem ? I’ve even gone into live chat and the agent seemed to have no solutions.
Uninstall the game your account is gone bro, their TOS team is giga useless.
lifrostyl Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums, as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

You won't be able to as that would be ban evading, (which breaks EA's TOS).
