The exact same thing has happened to me. I was banned 1 week ago from today for no reason. I have used no exploits, no 3rd party programs, and I haven't harassed anyone. I've spent about $3000-S4000 on my account over the years, 5400 hours, 10 heirlooms, and Prestige Skin. I have used all 3 of my appeals and the advisors say the sanction won't be removed and they will no longer respond to my case. I'm 100% sure I didn't break any of the TOS. I will continue exploring my options to get my account re-instated and at the very least continue to inform others of what can happen at any time for no fault of your own, but an apparent EA anti-cheat issue. Thanks for sharing, I will continue sharing as well.

Hey @BreakinFacez if our team has repeatedly denied your appeals then there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.
I'm going to lock this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to assist on AHQ.
