Account Banned for NO REASON
Hello everyone! I just want to share my experience regarding this Issue.
I am also a victim of false ban by EA / Respawn. I believe that I was falsely reported / banned by EA. I am Innocent and accused of cheating. after 2 attempts of sending email to the ToS team, they will just send me automated reply stating "Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account."
Man this is so stressful. I don't even know what I did in game. I am 100% sure that I am not hacking. I almost spent $600 on my account to think that I will cheat? c'mon everyday I send email to ToS team but they always fail to give me information on what did I do ingame and if I even use hack in game. I am very confused right now. They just permanently ban me for no reason. I will not stop until I get my account back because thats my one and only account.
They could also check my gameplay, stats if I am hacking. I also have my EA Logs downloaded and found out that there are multiple log in attempts from different country. Guys this is so unfair knowing they are multi-billionaire company. They should Investigate my account precisely and accurately. If I am hacker, I will not make statement like this, instead I will make new account and cheat again. Make sense?. I am so disappointed with the ToS team and EA. If they saw me doing exploits in game. they should warn me or send me email right away. or suspend my account for days. not just ban me for no reason. My hands are clean, I am Innocent.
@EA_Aljo @EA_Darko if you read this. I am also reading some issues related as mine. I will not stop defending my side because I know I dont do anything wrong ingame, use any 3rd party software ingame. I just want you guys to be fair enough to your players. I love the game so much. my hands are clean. but this False accuse make me crazy. I am very confused right now.
