Hey bro, you're not alone its been about a year and I'm still having the same issue with my account, i missed 2 seasons of apex. when EA finds a fix for this i better get a good compensation because no way i spent so much money on apex and i can't play the game due to an issue within their servers. they gave me the exact same troubleshooting methods none of which worked. hope they find a fix soon
