Account hacked

Whilst EA Support is able to provide support to recover the account, they cannot always fix the damage that a hacker has done to an account.

It's likely that the one that the one who got into your account has unlinked/relinked a platform account, which would explain your data loss.

The 6-month lock on unlinking platform accounts is put in place for security reasons, hence why support won't be able to circumvent it.

You can try talking a bit more with EA Support to see if they really can't do anything about this lost data.

Though it's sadly enough not always possible to fix all the damage that's done to an account, hence why it's extremely important to practice proper account security.
