Account reset after ban

my account was banned summer 2022 so im not sure. il give it a go thank you !

YxngPiJ  If the account was banned in 2022 and then was unbanned in 2025, then the account's progress wouldn't of been merged as banned accounts weren't included in Cross-Progression.

Cross-Progression was announced/added on/around October 26th, 2025.

Okay i dont really understand that whole thing, so what does that mean for my account specifically?

YxngPiJ  According to the Cross Progression info page, if an account was banned prior to Cross Progression, its progress wasn't included in the account merge when Cross-Progression went live, as it stated:

• "If one of your platform accounts was previously banned, content from that account won't have transferred in the Cross Progression merge"

What this means for your account, is that since it was banned prior to Cross-Progression going live, its progress was excluded from the Cross-Progression account merge. Since it was excluded from the Cross-Progression account merge, there's sadly no way to recover the account's progress.

what is exactly is “the merge”? i have 2 or 3 EA accounts bur what does it actually mean

like this is such a joke i had heirlooms and so much money spent man..

YxngPiJ  The accounts that would be included in the merge would be an EA Account and its connected platform accounts.

In other words:

1. EA Account
2. Xbox Account
3. PlayStation Account
4. Switch Account

If you had two, (or more), EA Accounts, those accounts cannot be merged:

If you had more than one EA Account

If your Apex Legends progress was spread across multiple EA Accounts, then your accounts weren’t merged. You can use Cross Progression on your separate EA Accounts, but the content from these accounts hasn’t been merged together.

You can’t move progress from one EA Account to another. Unlinking a platform from your EA Account and linking it to another one won’t move your progress.

YxngPiJ  I completely understand.

I've been playing since the first month of the game's release and had been apart of every single event and season since season 0. I've spent a bit on the game as well, (which if I had to calculate how much I've spent, its around $100, (or more)).
