Account Sanctioned and I have Nowhere to go
Around 2 weeks ago or so I found it funny that whenever I tried to queue up for a game of apex legends, it was only telling me there were anywhere from 1-6 other people waiting in the queue as well, never putting me in any games. This is when I contacted Ea about the matter. My first response from them was to try troubleshooting options and see if it’s fixed. Needless to say it wasn’t. My second go around was a UO trace and the Agent even advised me to have my internet service provider open ports to resolve the issue. I knew something was fishy because I could still play Apex on other accounts I had just not that one. After finally opening a 3rd case and telling them I believe it’s an account issue I was told it had been sanctioned. Like the normal scripted reply he said he would escalate it to the TOS team and they would investigate but within 30 minutes I get a reply saying I was involved in cheating and the sanction will not be lifted. I start a separate case to appeal it again it’s denied, this time in a matter of 5 days. The weird thing is though I’m allowed to queue up for games in all modes like I said before, and it even places me and the 5 remaining people in battle royal matches, a 3v3 of sorts. So my question is what exactly is this sanction, and what can I do to get it removed so I can start enjoying the game again. I’ve spent an abundant amount of money on it and hate to see it all thrown away like that.
