Account was Hacked

ronron559​ Sadly, hacked accounts cannot be handled on the forums, as you would need to contact EA Support, (like you had done already).

This would mean that whoever had hacked into your account had unlinked your PlayStation Account from your EA Account.

You would need to regain access to both your EA and PlayStation Accounts, (including changing your passwords for both accounts and enabling two step-verification for both accounts as well). From there, all you can do is to unlink the PlayStation Account from the incorrect EA Account, and then relink it back to the EA Account it was originally linked with as your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, (not on the PlayStation Account).

Note: Relinking may or may not restore some, (or all), your Apex progress and data, as it is a risk players take when they unlink their platform accounts.

Unfortunately, any spent in-game currency cannot be refunded, and the items purchased cannot be traded, converted, etc., (I wish it was possible, (like how it is with Fortnite), but it sadly isn't with Apex).

As for this, any account related issue cannot be handled on the forums.

Lastly, if you had been banned, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as bans also cannot be handled on the forums.
