Community ManagerI appreciate the thought that went into this SadPotatoX, however as mentioned in the update you quoted, that detection was "compounded with other heuristics" - i.e. there are more systems and data points that go into these decisions beyond "you got too good too fast" and tripping some random threshold.
Note the action in question was also removed through the normal appeal process. If you believe an action was taken on your account incorrectly, that's available to you here as well (as you've mentioned already doing).
Appeals are not automated. Each appeal is reviewed by a human member of the Terms of Service team, though they may use templates when sending out some replies. There's no reason to hand-write the same information going out to people in the same situations, so using templates can make sure accurate and consistent information is provided where needed.
