Having watched shiv a lot he doesn't use any kind of mnk movement. He simply out positions and out aims everyone. People do not watch him for movement. They watch him because of his extremely high skill and his personality. Hal is similar. Hal never used movement. Both simply out position and out aim people.

I personally watch a lot of comp apex and do not watch due to movements like tap strafes or neo strafes or whatever the flavor of the month movement technique is. I watch to see who makes the best tactical play in the moment. Sometimes that is a gun play. Sometimes that is a movement play. Sometimes that is an ability play. Many times it's some combo of all of that.
