Aim Assist nerf season 17 on consoles
I just noticed that aim assist is nerfed on console. Its not like before it feels wierd.

@RXYRP EA_David yesterday i had a long session , and yes there is something weird but not all the time and it doesn't feel it's an AA problem it's more like setting problem.
i got the same sudden acceleration few times while in game with AA on same what i had while it was off

@hayhor there is a small thread in the bug section, but it's ok for folks to post here too, it's where the conversation naturally grew.
If anyone happens to come off a clip that demonstrates this in a match (not an easy ask I know), I'd welcome it being posted.
- @DarthAppl3 yes this helps it think. it also affects the actual gameplay, the whole AA feels loose and inconsistent. at a second you have it, and another second you don't, also it varies a lot to moving targets and while shooting.
Thank god! I thought i was going crazy! Yesterday i was beaming (i play on xbox series X). Today i felt like a noob at aiming, i thought someone messed with my settings. Now I’m reading that it might be a bug. I have been playing since day one and practiced so hard on this sensitivity ; i really hope this is not a nerf to aim assist! Please keep us updated on this subject as it has become unplayable! My kd is dropping dramatically 😵💫

1.on the invisible mirage i completely stood still because i noticed i was getting no aim assist maybe it was because he was invisible and that was something made purposely
2. i got aim assist in hipfire against the rampart as soon as i aim in it feels like the aim assist was halved if not even more im fine with a aim assist nerf but seems like a bug
like you've said its hard to really send in/find clips of aim assist completely turning off because watching a clip and actually being the one that plays in the clip are 2 different things when i fought the rampart i noticed something was wrong as soon as i aimed in same with the mirage clip this was what made me search to see if anything was wrong.

a clip from my friend u can clearly see the aim assist not work on the octane at this time we thought maybe the octane stim made aim assist mess up but we found it stops working for anyone more then 40% of the time
