@1ronKeys Whenever I've had this happen I actually got the items but had to find them afterwards through the ticks. They are typically crap.
@hayhor I've never had any loot or whatever show up.
It's suspicious how it always seems to happen. Too frequent to be a coincidence.
I don't want to unlock battle pass as how many of the lootboxes will just mysteriously have "server error" and be finessed.

@1ronKeys Apex packs are never eaten, I've checked on a lot of these and the contents are always delivered, even if it looks otherwise, as there are reports of the red "new stuff" checkmark not showing.
If you DM me the approximate time of the opening I'll have a dig around. Though as Hayhor says, they're often not a particularly exciting set of unlocks.
Edit: Oh it's easy, you don't have many packs opened recently and the timestamp matches up, it looks like the pack contained 15 crafting mats, "Break The Enemy" for the Hemlok and the "Abracadabra!" Mirage card pose. I use that one myself from time to time.
