Just wanted to see if there was any news yet regarding the implementation of either mouse & keyboard or non-aim assistance servers @EA_Barry .

@KYSOMT let it go.There has never been any news of such and probably never will.How many times does one have to post the same thing over and over in a few short weeks?(Self edit, removed what could be viewed as a sarcastic comment)

@KYSOMTI agree with you about MNK begin harder to use , but one one get used to it then they benefits out weight the negatives.on the other hand no matter how good someone is with controller still there will limitations and nothing anyone can do about it.i don't think Respawn can do anything about AA , it's something that it's been there since the age of gaming also don't forget about console players who make a big part of player base so no one will want to mess with console players and make them leave the game.moment of truth , let's say Respawn removed the AA then what ?will MNK players are going to be happy because now they have the upper hand ?also when the AA is removed we all know that people will adapt and also the cycle will start again but this time it will be against the MNK because Respawn should or will remove A LOT of thing that MNK can do but controller can not and that will happen because no input should not be unbalanced and having the upper hand in every aspect.i hope you find that it make sense , MNK dominate in long range , roller in short range it's as simple as that.

This topic continuously comes up but as of now there is no announcement of a change and likely for a good reason. Each offers their own advantage and looking at ALGS there is a really good mix of inputs. And this mix is successful equally. Below are top 10 kills before regions finals for NA, APAC North and EMEA.

@matzesingt The bang argument is hilarious to me. LG is a full roller team I believe. They were one of the first teams to start using her. Many of the bang teams have at least 1 roller player. People love to claim this is specifically for AA but in reality if you equip your squad with digis and push together you destroy other teams in fights regardless of the input.

@hayhor The problem here is that it doesn’t matter much what it means to us, when pro‘s make statements and justify the Bangalore pick by saying they do it to counter aimassist then there is mostlikely something to it and not some random made up reason

Out of 30 players 16 are MNK and 14 are Roller.
Seems pretty balanced.
If you do the math:
Avg kills for Roller is 63.64
Avg Kills for MNK is 62.25
Also seems pretty balanced.
The law of averages and math do not lie.
Even though I do not have a problem with mixed lobbies: As long as there are mixed input lobbies and cross-play this argument will continue to be held and posted over and over with many people having so many different views on this subject, not all of them being conveyed in a nice manner, if EA/Respawn were to incorporate separate input based lobbies it would put the argument to rest once and for all. Taking my previous sentence into consideration I agree with @KYSOMT Input based MM should be a thing just to stop all the unnecessary argumentation.

@hayhorNo I don’t give any feelings, I give you statements and reasoning why pros say they use benga in their lineup.
I mean you can ofc try to devalue their opinion and statements. But their opinion outweights ours by a lot just because they say stuff you don’t like to hear does not mean it’s meaningless.

I mean how much further does it need to go that we by now have a legend picked mainly to counter aa and people still try to bring up meaningless inflated statistics that completely ignore that matter…

I mean who else needs to come out on stage after they won a tournament and make the statement that he had to swap to controller to stay mechanically relevant ? Because apperantly even that statement of imperialhal (most successful apex player btw)gets devalued by lower tier controllerplayers.

Bang does not matter, Catalyst does not matter, Digi threats do not matter. They are random variables.

@matzesingt Pros feelings are the same, just feelings without data. I hope respawn isnt tweaking stuff based on feelings and using actual data. These are the same people that 1.5 years ago told you crypto and seer were garbage. Now? Crypto or Seer is a must in every team even tho they haven't had changes that really matter. Rampart is becoming meta. 3 months ago she was pure trash to them. Again, based on feelings.

Hal won by exploiting the Seer Horizon meta best. Good for him. This split he has basically been in tears trying to figure out the current meta.

@hayhor Wich data are they supposed to use ? Your flawed data with missing variables ?
If you want to give any value to your data you would have to count every single kill and see if it happened in or arround a smoke and wich Input deceives were involved as long as you don’t do that there is little value to your data considering that benga has a 40% pickrate…

As is now, it also could even imply that controller is capable to go toe to toe with mnk with almassist off depending on how many fights and kills happened of controllerplayers in and arround smokes 😉

I will not engage into this horrible attempt to devalue imperialhal.
